Salt Creek Capital Announces Recapitalization of Ultracor, Inc. by Gemini Investors

Menlo Park, California – March 10, 2014 – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the recently completed recapitalization of Ultracor, Inc. by Gemini Investors,, a private equity firm with $500MM under management. Located in Livermore, California, Ultracor is a leading manufacturer of high-performance composite materials and systems for the space and aerospace industries. Since 1995, the company has been a leading supplier of specialty honeycomb materials and systems used in satellites, aerospace applications and other high performance functions.
