Salt Creek Acquires Alexandra Foods

Chicago, Illinois (October 26, 2021) – Salt Creek Capital (“SCC”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alexandra Foods, Co. (“Alexandra Foods” or the “Company”), a leading producer of frozen traditional Eastern European foods. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, Alexandra Foods offers a variety of products including pierogi, uszka, pyzy, cheese blintzes, finger dumplings, and Silesian dumplings.
